Extensive breakfast buffet with local ingredients.
I had to switch rooms due to a broken TV, and after moving to the new room, I discovered the mattress was slightly damp. The lack of daily housekeeping and unclear Wi-Fi options.

location not far from fredrikstad, the "brygga" or waterfront, where there is a vast array of eating ootions, all with a view of the river and with outdoor seating in good weather, and '' peppes pizza ''. an excellent service and abundant and delicious breakfast.

Modern central hotel. Walking distance to town & ferry to old town. Great buffett breakfast. Quiet room.
More English speaking Television stations would be great.

Seems new. Clean, good design. Good comfort. The people in the reception were helpful and smiling.
Beds were a bit soft, coffee in the breakfast room did not taste good. When the receptionist gave directions to get from the train station to the hotel, he sent us off down to the river, it took ages and was the longest route. Few towels in the bathroom - had to ask for more every day.

The Standard Double Room was really comfy, with nice fluffy beds that helped me rest well. Loved the unique coffee offerings for breakfast and the rooftop terrace view was amazing, too. But, I did notice the carpets in the common areas could use a good clean-up. That was a bummer while trying to enjoy breakfast in the lounge.
